Overview

Established in 2001, Phuenzhi Guest House is one of the first tourist friendly lodges in Trongsa. It is located at a distance of 3 kilometres from downtown, on the way to Bumthang, Phuenzhi Guest House. Strategically located on the perfectly sloping hill, it is second to none in offering a commanding view of the historic Mangde Valley, the majestic Trongsa Dzong, beautiful villages and the never ending Black Mountain range amongst others. Surrounded by lush evergreen forest, since its established, it has been a hotspot for nature lovers and bird watchers. The guesthouse also has a simple but beautiful garden where you can seasonally find variety of flowers, vegetables and fruits. Guest can also take 10-15 minutes downhill foot trial to the Ta Dzong (Tower of Trongsa) which houses the wonderful state of art Museum.
